When we realized we'd be planning a cross-country move to a state we didn't know, finding the right realtor was our biggest concern.  After interviewing several long-distance, Rumaldo stuck out for his honest manner and quick, thorough responses.  We decided to meet with him when we flew into the area and were pleased with his warm and friendly personality.  In addition to the great qualities that had already attracted us to him, Rumaldo really shines inside a property.  His specialization in period homes gives the buyer a huge advantage as he points out what is typical for a home of this or that period, quirks to watch for, and special features.  He provides information without judgment, yet empowers you to make informed decisions.  At the same time, he is very careful not to overstep his bounds, indicating when an inspector would give the final word or how to find additional information.
